Floyd Mayweather Beats Manny Pacquiao by Unanimous Decision

“The Fight of the Century” has concluded with Floyd Mayweather emerging as the victor on last night’s hotly-awaited fight in Las Vegas. He won in a unanimous decision by 12 rounds.

Mayweather — now 48-and-0 — expressed his gratitude to his fans and his opponent, Manny Pacquiao in a statement after the decision was announced, he said:

First off, I want to thank God for this victory. I want to thank all the fans that came to Las Vegas. I want to thank all the fans around the world that supported this event. I take my hat off to Manny Pacquiao. He’s a hell of a fighter.

The judges scored the fight with 116 to 112, Mashable reports. And Manny Pacquiao is not happy about the ruling.

It’s a good fight. I thought I won the fight. He didn’t do nothing. All he did was move outside.
